Understanding Snapshots/Day

“Snapshots per day” is the total number of images processed across all your webcams per day.

Examples:

Note

Unused snapshots expire at the end of each day — they don’t roll over.

Multiple Cameras & Streams

Time-Lapse (Multiple Cameras)

For time-lapse, you can use multiple cameras on a single plan as long as your total snapshots/day stays within the limit. Also cameras count is limited to 3 (upgradeable).

Example: Basic plan (1,500 snapshots/day) can support:

  • 1 camera at 1-minute interval, OR
  • 3 cameras at 5-minute intervals, OR
  • 5 cameras at 10-minute intervals

Live Streaming (Multiple Streams)

Each LIVE or LIVE+ plan includes 1 live stream. For multiple streams:

  1. At checkout, use the Quantity (Qty.) field
  2. Set Qty. to the number of streams you need
  3. Example: 5 streams = 5× LIVE plan

How to Get an Invoice

  1. Check your email for the receipt from paddle.com
  2. Click the link in the email to access invoice options
  3. Enter your company name, address, and VAT ID
  4. Download your invoice

VAT Refund (EU Businesses)

If you’re an EU business with a valid VAT ID:

Option 1: During checkout

  • Enter your VAT ID in the payment form
  • VAT is automatically deducted

Option 2: After purchase

  • Click the link in your receipt email
  • Add your VAT ID
  • VAT will be refunded

B2B Invoices

For B2B invoices with VAT ID, you must enter your VAT number during checkout or shortly after purchase. We cannot add it later — the only solution is to cancel and resubscribe.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! All new accounts get a free 7-day LIVE+ trial with all features enabled. No credit card required. After the trial, you’re automatically moved to the free plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Profile → Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period

No refunds for partial periods.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

  • Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, prorated
  • Downgrade: Takes effect at next billing cycle

What happens if I exceed my snapshot limit?

If you exceed your daily snapshot limit:

  • Additional images are ignored (not processed)
  • No extra charges
  • Consider upgrading or reducing capture frequency

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used the service extensively. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits/education?

Yes, we offer discounts for:

  • Educational institutions
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Long-term projects (1+ year)
