Static IPs

This page is about static IP information for time-lapse and streaming connections.

Use static IP addresses of our servers in your firewall settings (whitelisting) or if there are DNS resolution problems. However…

Using static IPs is not recommended!

IPs might change without further notice.
Please check here for changes regularly. Or (better) use the linked txt-documents to update firewall via script automatically.

FTP servers

Instead of ftp.webcam.io as FTP Hostname, you can pick an address from here:

159.69.51.31 f-01.pool.webcam.io
159.69.35.29 f-02.pool.webcam.io
88.99.34.92 f-03.pool.webcam.io

FTP server IPs

Stream servers (live streaming)

If you need to whitelist the server IPs in your firewall:

Contact us before using

We need to set each webcam entry to only connect from this set of servers first.

Streamserver IPs

Image collect servers (time-lapse)

Allow these IPs in your firewall: Imageserver IPs

Or better use the hostnames below instead:

c-01.collect-pool.webcam.io
c-02.collect-pool.webcam.io
c-03.collect-pool.webcam.io
c-04.collect-pool.webcam.io
c-05.collect-pool.webcam.io
c-06.collect-pool.webcam.io
c-07.collect-pool.webcam.io
c-08.collect-pool.webcam.io

Hint: consider using other security measures like user/password in camera (!) or use the FTP upload for outbound-only connections from your network.
