New config to set title, description and privacy for video and clip export.

New time-lapse player setting ‘offline after’

Advanced Settings -> 'show as offline after' sets when to show ‘camera offline’ screen:

If no images in default range, show images from last 24h (default); if there are none, show ‘camera offline’

Autocreate clips feature

Set up to 3 ranges for the day (i.e. sunrise - sunrise + 30). Clips are created automatically from these ranges.
