1 "Snapshots per day": the maximum number of images fetched from your webcams per day. With i.e. 1500 snapshots/day you can use one webcam with 1 minute interval (1440 minutes per day). Or 5 webcams with 5 minutes interval. Unused 'snapshots' expire at the end of the day. Shortest image polling interval is 15 seconds. Image files are limited to 4 MB size. Number of cameras is limited to 5.
2 All images are stored for last 1 / 14 / 30 days depending on plan. After that only one image every hour is preserved.
3 Previous days only; H.264 encoded video is rendered at end of day (your timezone).

Frequently Asked Questions
To use 5 live cameras, you need 5 LIVE plans (or LIVE+ for non-H.264 source). Please use the quantity (Qty.) field in the check-out.
We support all major Credit Cards, PayPal (and Apple Pay in some countries).
Bank transfer via Paypal is possible, but Paypal sometimes requires entering creditcard details for account authentication.
We use paddle.com reseller service. Please use the link in the receipt email to create an invoice, entering your address and VAT ID.
